Did exactly what I wanted it to do and more. Handles 5.56 like a charm and even shot it with a 30-06 and barely did anything to it.

Great customer service @ Highwild. Had a small problem on my recent order that was corrected quickly & fairly after I contacted them. The 12 x 20 torso target assembles easily with any of the target mounting options and is rugged enough to last for 1000’s of hits. Love the slick powder coat paint!
They have a different and better ring than other AR500 targets I have. Have only punished these targets for one session so far with roughly 500 rounds of 9mm and.40 S&W split between 3 targets so can’t attest to the longevity, but again, I love the sound of these targets.

Excellent tone when struck with a 45 caliber hunk of lead. Large enough to make for a good target out to 100 yards and open sights. Lots of fun.

This plate has exceeded my expectations, I thought it was gonna be a cheapo piece of garbage for the money but that couldn't be further from the truth. This plate has survived a pretty extensive range day where me and two other guys shot at it from about 50 yards with many different cartridges and it ate them all. 8mm Mauser, 12 gauge slugs, 20 gauge slugs, 45. acp, 9mm, 10mm, 32. special, 38. special, .556, 7.62, and 45-70. gov. With a can of spray-paint its good as new, slight pitting occurred with the 10mm but that's because we were shooting copper bullets with a steel core, this plate exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. "Scary Larry" is his name at the range and we are looking forward to many years of use!

Great target, priced very well. The powder coat is very nice too. I enjoy the optical holes for hanging the target how you prefer.

This AR500 target was my second order from Highwild. The plates work beautifully and I really enjoy shooting steel at my home range. These make great targets and make shooting allot more enjoyable not having to repost boring paper targets.
Having shot many many different "brands"of AR500 steel over the years, Highwild products are arguably the best available steel targets available on the market today! They are finished well, durable and are an all around great product! Hard to beat!!!

This is my second purchase of Highwild products and I am very impressed with the quality of both items. My first was a 12” Gong purchased from Amazon and now the 12” x 20” silhouette straight from them. Shipping was very fast. I was going to get the 1/2” thick but chose the 3/8” instead. It is more than adequate for most anything you can throw at it. Just follow the recommendation for distance for caliber you are shooting. Would highly recommend!
