Have several, 2x4s don't seem to last long with some shooters. But I truly love shooting plates on them.

This holds my 12" x 20" 3/8 steel plate very solidly. For the money, it seems like a decent target stand!

Went together easy, very stable at the range even with gusty wind. Very pleased with the purchase!

This is my second one. The first has survived thousands of rounds of everything from .22 short to .300WM and I still use it.

The parts fit together way better than expected. A very high quality piece, things screwed in easily, well engineerred, a pleasent surprise over "the usual". Also bought the rimfire bullet trap, same thing, went to gether easily, high quality metal . Very pleased with their manufacturing process, and It got to me very quickly. If you are looking for a pellet trap that needs to stop a big pellet traveling quickly, and you want to have it at a specific height, ( of course you do ) , buy it.

The only Issue I had with this may seem miniscule. As I use the targets outside, I prefer to use pressure treated 2x4's to mount the base / target holder. I had to shave off about an 1/8" on the width & depth on both ends of the 2x4 to be able to fit into the hardware. Regular kiln dried 2x4 slide in perfectly.

Easy to put together and sturdy, would purchase again.

Really love how wide the base stands are and the steel mounting system is well built. Good buy for the prices. I choose the 2x4 option and will eventually try the metal option for weight comparison. Seems sturdy, placed a decent sized AR500 steel target on it, and held up just fine. Will update the post once I'm able to get out and put some rounds on it.
