Refund policy

We promise to provide good quality products and service to make sure your satisfaction. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us ASAP, we will try our best to make you satisfied.

Before your purchase, please read carefully about our return policy.

Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of your shipping date for a full refund. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Once you want to return the product, please retain original packaging and make sure that the product is unused to ensure the second sale.

To initiate the returns process, please inform us: service@highwildoutdoors.com. When contacting us to request a return, please have your order number and reason for return ready.

PLEASE NOTE: We may apply a 20% of the item's price restocking fee if in any case you would like to return the item for the reasons stated below:

a) Accidental Order / Ordered by mistake
b) Change your mind
c) No longer wanted or needed
d) Other reasons caused by buyers

For the reasons above, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we'll pay the costs if the return is a result of our error. But in any case you should provide us with the tracking number after you send the item.

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
