Looking for more power than the small 6v plastic bodies. This one seems to have it. Programming is a sinch. Like the idea of being able to hook up to a 12v marine battery for super long time away.
It needs much more thorough wiring instructions and programming instructions. How long will the correct time and programming remain if the 6v battery is temporarily disconnected? It seems well built and reasonably heavy duty. I’ll see if it can outlast the pathetic Moultries! I returned the one Moultrie that they thought would run on AA batteries. What a joke!! The highwild seems to be built with durable use in mind. The Highwild is at least set up to run off a 6v OR 12v car type battery!!! Much much better idea! I have high hopes!
First time trying the HighWild feeder motors and solar panels. I do like the high , medium and low settings. Time will tell on longevity. I believe they will do great. Great price and they're pumping corn and feeding. Thanks HighWild. Avid Hunter

The kit was easy to install with the solar charger! One thing you might consider is making the funnel for the spinner tray an inch and a half instead of two inches. Had to place it very close to the spinner tray to keep it from just pouring out corn! Set my timer to feeder for two second and it still emptied the corn I put in it faster than another feeder I have with 1.5 inch funnel. But in all it went together easily, I put a cage around it to keep the critters out. And put 36 inch legs on it!
Work great, powerful and I like the variable speed for the motor adjustment . I like the fact that I can get replacement parts and they are easy to change out. I would recommend this to anyone looking at putting in a feeder. I put two batteries in mine so it should last the year for feeding
Have built six feeders using the Highwild feeder control unit, four for myself and two for a friend. The first one has been in service for about four years now. Quality has been good to great so far. The only thing I changed from the original is the spinner plate, those were changed to the Eliminator spinner plates. The only problem I ever had was having to replace a motor and that was my fault. TIP: Never use Big Tine feed in a spin feeder, even though they advertise that in can be used. Although it will work, Big Tine contains salt. Salt and metal don't mix well! Motor had to be replaced after about six months. Would not hesitate to buy more as needed. Very satisfied.
Super easy to install and the 12v motor is THE answer…should have upgraded years ago

I bought these for a replacement motor for two 600# used feeders I bought. All indications are they are solid and will perform well. Mounted and tested and we will see how they hold up throughout the season.

Great replacements for old set-ups. It would have been better with more details on positioning the rotor to the corn funnel. But worked well. Deer are happy again.
Have only had it in operation for a week. Easy to install and program. Working great so far.

The product is made of good quality, fit great under the barrel had no problems mounting it, but I wait to see how the ditgal timer performs during hunting season it is now in operation. I would definitely tell my hunter friends about this product and how well it performs.

Excellent product and fast shipping
Motor kit was purchased as a retrofit for an older drum feeder. The attachment was a snap, and the thrower worked perfectly. It is now deployed in the field and doing its thing. The whole process was a piece of cake.
Received on time and was kept informed of shipment on a timely basis. Good experience

Wish your timer had daily settings to where we could choose not to go off everyday . Mine goes off everyday but I am able to change time
